“A cat has absolute emotional honesty: human beings, for one reason or another, may hide their feelings, but a cat does not.”
A very nice man named Mr. Hemingway said that. He really liked kitties, especially ones with extra toes! Mama went to his house once, and said there were kitties EVERYwhere! I am not sure I would like that. It's hard enough sharing mama with ONE other kitty, let alone dozens. Mr. Hemingway was right, you know. Kitties do not bother with pretending what they feel. We can't be bothered with all that hog wash. If we're mad, you'll know it. But we get over it quickly, and move on to whatever is next. I think more people should listen to kitties and to observe our habits. Human beans would benefit much from that.
